Kyle, Emma, and Katie Coble of Ladera Ranch, California passed
away on May 4, 2007 after a big-rig drove over the back end of
the mini-van they were riding in.
Get Ahead Writing has been deeply touched by this tragedy. In
memory of the Coble children, we will be awarding a Kyle, Emma,
and Katie "Angels on Earth" Award to three preschoolers (who will
attend an Orange County, California tuition-based preschool during
the 2008-2009 school year and be between the ages of 2 and 5 on
September 1, 2008).
The preschooler's parents are to explain how their child shares
some of the amazing character qualities of the Coble children. Get
Ahead Writing will make a monetary donation on behalf of the
child to his or her preschool to be used toward tuition. More
specific award information can be found in the application packet.
